How would an Eros Clone using 2 of These and using the same Scan Speak D2905/9500 tweeter that Wayne uses. I would wire the 4 ohm PL's in series and use the same crossoverover, but ajusted for 8 ohms. Would this result in good/bad results?

Since I'm pretty sure no one has built it there isn't any really good way to tell. You could simulate it, but real results would come from building it. I would build it and if it sounds bad just buy the drivers Wayne uses and pop them in instead. Either way you end up with a fantastic pair of speakers.
