Default Basement Blaster doing square waves

I posted recently that the 2 1/2 way Basement Blasters w/700hz xover I'm just finishing up can reproduce square waves to a certain extent. I snapped the following pictures right in my basement this evening. The mic was about 1 meter from the speaker vertically between the top 2226J and the 2445J into the B&C ME75 horn with my special recipe xovers. I'm afraid my function generator is dying, as the higher frequency scope pics indicate in particular since you can see the effects of considerable 120hz ripple on the waveforms.

First: 130 hz:

There's an accentuated upper harmonic or two overlaid, but if you 'connect the dots', you can detect sort of a squarish appearance to the overall waveform.

Next is 433 hz. Starting about this frequency and above, my being close to the microphone starts to affect the waveshape, so I tried to stay as far from it as I could and still hit the 'scope save button.

Finally, around 2.2Khz. Not too shabby overall, considering the 3rd harmonic is 6.6khz, then the next is the fifth at 11 khz, then the seventh at 15.4khz, etc. Of course, some other frequencies than these don't look like square waves at all but others besides the ones I posted do.
