Weird bandpass idea, will this work?

Hi people,

I recently got hold of 2 10" woofers for free, and since I am in need of a new subwoofer I decided try some designs on them.

Although a reflex system would go down to 50 hz, i wanted it to go lower.
One solution would be to equalize the bottom end, but this would seriously affect the excursion of the drivers at loud playback levels.

So I tried a bandpass enclosure. After adding some mass, the response went down to 30hz, just what i was looking for.
However this came with another problem, at about 70 hz there is a peak response of about 4 db's, that would not be acceptable.

So this got me thinking: What if you equalize the higher freq. of the design?

So i added an EQ to the design and this is according to WinISD the result.

Now the numbers look good to me, but will such a design actually work?

Added mass = 25
Driver configuration = Push pull (to cancel out odd harmonics)
