I have this driver an i want to make a horn for it like this : http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/quadroph/digitor.htm
My question is should i expect such a huge SPL like David J McBean`s software says ?? i mean 118dB at 40HZ wtih just 70W (it reaches Xmax12mm ) of power is quite a bit for a 90DB speaker .[Driver] Brand=KEF b200G Model=B200G Manufacturer=KEF B200-g ProvidedBy=luci Comment= DateAdded=20040730 DateModified=20040730 Qts=0.369 Znom=6 Fs=27 Pe=150 SPL=89.57 Re=4.7 Le=0 fLe=0 KLe=0 BL=6.82 Xmax=0.012 Cms=0.0014181 Qms=3.03 Qes=0.42 Rms=1.37183 Mms=0.0245 Sd=0.02453 Vas=0.121 Dia=0 Vd=0.000294 no=0.005515 Dd=0.1767 EBP=64.29 numVC=1 Hc=0 Hg=0 SPLmax=108.33 SPLmaxLF=89.94 USPL=91.88 alfaVC=0 Rt=0 Ct=0 gamma=278.36064 Rme=9.89626 Mpow=3.14583 Mcost=0 Gloss=0.028396 c=343.68 roo=1.20095 Thick=0 Depth=0 MagDepth=0 Magnet=0 Basket=0 Outer=0 Vcd=0 DVol=0

The model is stated in eighth space- corner loaded, that is- and as such the anticipated output is quite likely. It would drop precipitiously otherwise but yes, high output with low power is what horns are all about. Here is a link to a measured SPL chart for my Tuba 18, an 18" cubed box loaded with an eight:
