Duhh ! I just thought of a way you could confirm the true
drivers. The ones I purchased at P.E. have definative stamped
right on the spokes! Pull out those shielded ones and look at the
spokes. I'm sure they will say Definative

re: speakers in a BP 30 , anyway as I stated I purchased a
definative 6.5 drivers at Parts Express buy out special. It
was sheilded but was in fact DEFINATIVE ,through my searches
I've only found one dealer that comes close "SEAS " and at
madisound they have them on special and after looking at
the definative web sight i know there not the vifa's . Almost
all of their smaller drivers in those bipolor speakers have INVERTED SURROUNDS. Go to WWW.madisound .com and
click on "sale" scroll down to woofers and you'll at least get a
good look at them , there are many 6.5 from SEAS that are not
sheiled

where is / are these pictures of the drivers on the site ?

the speaker i have is the old bp 10

only 1 of the 4 speakers has definitive written on it

Go to www.madisound.com to the left you'll see a menu
Click "ON SALE" scroll down to woofers the last one is the
SEAS the picture is to the right, or you could just go to catalog
and click the far right and the whole line will appear! But if your
looking to save some coin the sale ones are only 36.00
