Those numbers look quite suitable for a TL... expect it to be fairly large thou.

Oops! I missed this Q earlier. This driver is best suited for a sealed cab or traditional (stuffed) TL of ~2.45ft^3 net, and either should do fine in a vehicle with some EQ response shaping. A BP of similar lower roll off will indeed be much smaller, but will be highly underdamped so SQ will be pretty bad by my standards. For vehicle use I would first try a ~1.0ft^3 sealed cab since it is cheap/easy.
In an optimum BP, it would be ~3.15ft^3 net and only good for filling in the bottom two octaves of a mostly fullrange set of mains that roll off around <60Hz; so based solely on quick sims using published specs, the larger sealed, TL, or ML-TL (best power handling) seems the better choices for home use.
