Default in need of a driver

Hi
I need a recomandation for a driver for a 2-way system.
My intention was to buy the audax HM170C0 but I was told that the system will lack in bass if I use it with my tweeter and a Qtc of 0.7.
so 'm looking for somrthing with about the same Qts (0.32), but with a lower Fs ad bigger vas.
any suggestions?

thanks

Btw, my upper limit is 80-85$ per unit.
