Default 2-way monitor

Greeting all,
Yesterday I entered the diy audio world when my new drivers arrived (eton 7-372 and Accuton C23-6)! I have a crossover designed and a box volume of .4 ft^3 with an 8.5" x 2" port. I was wondering if anyone had any interesting ideas for a monitor enclosure design. I want to build a parabolic shaped cabinet, a la Sonus Faber, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this, aside from the trans-lam designs. They will be powered by a diycable.com exodus audio digital amp(will order monday!). I'm going to put some serious time and effort into the enclosures and just wanted a little input before I decide on the design.

Any thoughts??
