Default Sinecap Xover

Hi guys,
Does anyone know someting about SINECAP Xover. They ar Xover filter with no capacitor for woofer and tweeter. I´m trying to do something but its quite difficult because I just can do it by trial an error. But I´m happy with I´ve heard anyway.
