Here is my first crossover that I've designed, it's already been revised from the original copy:
![]() Major changes from the original are the addition of a BSC, and lower cap value on the Zobel. I was hoping to get some opinions about it. Whether it's good, ok, or even bad. Any type of feedback is welcomed. I've asked in other forums and I've gotten replies to lower the resistance value on the BSC to around 4.8ohms. Right now I'm planning to buy a few different resistors for some tweaking. The original is here this: ![]() Thanks again!

The main thing you want to do is to externally mount the crossover so that you can swap components easily, preferably using screw-terminal binding posts for easy swapping. Don't lose a lot of sleep trying to design the perfect crossover because it can't be done without extensive testing. Joe D'Appolito is probably the best crossover man in the business and he only spends an hour or so at best coming up with a basic design on the computer, and then he spends a hundred hours or so honing the component values down by measuring and swapping until he's satisfied.
