Default AudioTechnology or ATC

This is the cuestion!!!!! ATC 3" dome midrange or AudioTechnology 4"Flex unit??????.........for midrange in 3way system. The tweeter is a ScanSpeak 9500, woofer ATC, Dynanudio....

I like the ATC, thats because i have them! so dont believe me,

Have you a link for the Audio Technology 4 flex unit,
i have never seen it or heard it more importantly!
I will be objective i promise!

By the way I have a CQuenze 5" unit, but speaker is not ready yet.

I have heart some very enthousiastic comments on the 4" skaaning

C-Quenze 18H!!!!!

I want this for a two way speaker.

Is realy good??? is realy better that ScanSpeaks?????

They seem to be very good units, sound quality wise its hard to say from the graph in all honestly.

I think the units your looking for are cheaper than the ATC and could be just as good to a point.

Very impressive company, tell us what you do anyways!

Hi:

The better is that you can order a custon driver, in flex series, and the minimun order is just two speakers!!!!!!!

The price of the most cheap speaker is about 250 dollars!!!!!!.

Say, like ATC, Volt and company........

Iam in search for the best midrange unit, regardless it price!!!!

Just two remarks: The latest Sonus Faber is using one.

Charles is also using Audiotechnology (although an 8" woofer model) and he is content with them ! They are used together with Manger drivers.
The predecessors used Dynaudio 20W75 and there was a significant improvement soundwise with the Audiotechnology drivers. Most astonishingly also in the midrange, despite the low crossover frequency !

I like the Flex drive units, i would probably buy them if i was you!

I cant believe so many of you guys like the Manger Drivers!
I am so happy am not alone, i have come up against people that hate them!
