Default Picture of my main speakers

Here is a photo of my main speakers I built several years ago. They are all Scanspeak drivers, 18w8544's and 9500 tweeters. The cabinet I made is octagonal with four figure-8 braces, one below each driver and one half of the way down. The bottom 8 inches is a sand filled chamber sealed off from the rest of the cabinet. It is rear ported. I've loved them for about 6 or 7 years now and I'm sure there are more to come.

Thanks, there are a lot of structural benifits along with the looks.

It's done with mirrors, of course.

I fell over laughing when I read the responses and low and behold, there it was: a speaker on a floor
Whoa
