I'm looking for construction details of the plasma tweeters by Acapella and their horns.

Yes, I know there are a number of DIY designs. However, these are more proof of concept rather than hi-fi creations. That's why I asked for details on Acapella's commercial horn loaded units.

Then there's this guy who's made a huge speaker with helium and 3.5" corona, but the page hasn't been udated in years:
