I have a pair of ONKYO-AUDIOEVENT AE-7.1 floor standing, three way 4 ohm, 90db, 28,5kg each German made loudspeaker system. I am listening it with my SE tube amplifier. I like it's sound. My problem is one of the tweeters is damaged. I want to replace my tweeters with new ones. Can anyone offer me high quality replacement tweeters? I need to buy natural and soft sounding tweeters.

Take the tweeter out of it's cabinet and look for markings that'll determine it's brand and type. Then, I'd keep a watch on ebay, maybe do a search in finished auctions, to see if such an item frequently passes through their system..

Maybe a picture to help identify the model?? Also have you contacted onkyo? they should be able to recommend something.

Yes, i discussed with ONKYO but they said that this model is old and tweeters are not available. I will listen you and ask them may be they advise me any other type.

Additionaly; AE 8.1:
3-way floor stander
bass reflex
frequency response 30-45.000 Hz
continous load 120 watts
peak load 180 watts
impedance 4 ohms
cross over frequency 100 / 2.500 Hz
cross over charakter bass 6 dB / Octave, mid 18 dB / Octave, treble 12 dB / Octave
sound pressure 90 dB / m
