Default noe3 inline with 8" woofer

Hows this sound, take an 8" woofer (vifa mg22) and put a neo3 right in the center of it. Would they interfear with eachother too much, like with the neo3 blocking some of the woofer, or the neo3 being hit with the lower freq from behind?
They would make some nice small HT satellites with a sealed box
