Say I put a fe103 on a large ((30" by 60 ")) open baffel but wanted a little more bass. If I added another fe103 rolled
off with a inductor at say 150hz that would work sort of but wouldn`t the bass from the first woffer be out of phase with the second woffer? Thanks, Woody |

Phase will not get so far out of sync to actually cancel.

I think "little" is the operative word. I don't think an FE103 on an OB is going to give you anything at 150Hz regardless. How about putting a small woofer in a TL with the OB on top kinda like a mini Basszilla?

I would say it depends on speaker location too, not only the cross-over.

i'd use the fw108 for bass. in any case teh 103 on OB wont give much below 200Hz.
