3d modelling software
Is there any cad package (or another type) that will let my create a 3d image of a sub box because i wish to model a 3d image of a 4th order bandpass box for HT.
Any suggestions? Greg. |

How about this MAYA Personal Learning Edtion, not sure what the limitations are i.e if they've limited output resolution, poly count etc. but it might be worth a look.

But of course nobody hasn't mentioned SketchUp yet ;). Great program for simple designs & very easy!
Don't try anything advanced with it though. You can't even substract a cilinder from another cilinder. I tried for an hour yesterday, trying to model my binding posts. |
Visio is really neat and quick for 2d ...

I haven't tried this yet, but a colleague of mine loves it. It's a 3-D modelling program, not a CAD program. It's FREE!
