JM Labs & Focal - Centre channel / Difference between Midrange & midbass speakers

I am now thinking about making a centre channel speaker to match my Focal Triga (see my other thred) and I am wanting to use either the same or similar tweeter / midrange drivers as my main speakers:

TC 120 TD5
http://www.focal.tm.fr/gb/compo/tweeter/tc120td5.htm

and:

Audiom 6 WM
http://www.focal.tm.fr/gb/compo/midrange/a_6wm.htm

The problem is that the "Audiom 6 WM" is a midrange driver and not a midbass driver.

I am therefor considering using the following driver as its a midbass driver:

6 W 4311
http://www.focal.tm.fr/gb/compo/midbass/6w4311.htm

But the question I have is that is there *REALLY* much difference between these two drivers. When you compare the frequency frespence theres not that much difference, see:

Audiom 6 WM - FS:

Hi,

i meet focal engineer several month ago,and my question is same with you.are you plan building 2 or 3 way system?if 2 way you can use 6W4311 and TC120TD5 because audiom 6W is very high efficiency driver, and you must use same audiom TLR tweeter for meet same speed, same coherent sound.

I found same condition in my experiment.if you plan use audiom,u must use same audiom tweeter and additional focal woofer or subwoofer for add the low bass frequency...and as i know focal crossover need very complicated crossover design..i already try make DIY speaker use focal driver and i am still can't found sound better than my JM Lab electra906.
