could i do a full range design using the 5$ bravox woofers? Or are the TB's THAT much better? Will the TBs handle the 100 watts they will be getting? Will they blend well with my peecreeks?

It would be better to use another Pee Creek for your front center channel. Tangbands for your surrounds would be fine. When movie watching in 5,6,7.1 mode the center channel becomes very important. Otherwise, consider using a phantom center if your pre/pro offers that option.
