Hi All,
A few of you are in my address book. Today my wife received the fvprotect.exe virus from her old employers.... It crashed my pc on opening, and on restart ran itself, but (hopefully) didn't connect my modem to send itself out...(thank god for not having broadband here..) I alt/del/ctrl on boot up, saw stuff was running that shouldn't exist, deleted it straight away, and searched for info. Have deleted all (~1500) files it created, and hopefully warned everybody.. Sorry if it hit you Rob |
