Default Any one built Wilmslow's Elegance speakers?

Has any one got any experiences they can share about wilmslow audio (www.wilmslow-audio.co.uk) Elegance Kits? Any comments on ease of construction or sound quality would be especially welcome.

TIA
Owain

The tweeter is a good design but can be firey, not bad firey but exciting. If its the same one i have seen posted about.

The CSX driver are good so all I can say is that if wilmslow can do xovers, for which there is no reason why they shouldnt, this should be a good sounding speake.

It's good value in terms of absolute sound quality, w.r.t what's in any hi-fi shop around that price, or quite a long way above IMO. It's not too far for you to get over to their show room and get a demo. That way you can decide whether the way Wilmslow "voice", their speakers (natural/acurate) suits you. The only trouble with going to their demo rm, is you can easily aquire a taste for V. expensive (read Volt, Scanspeak, ATC) drive units in the process!
