Is there a site that list terminlogy of speakers?
Like what is bass roll off or sound stage? I would really like to learn more about this stuff and understand what alot of you guys/girls are talking about. |

Here's one that lists many of the common speaker building terms.
Here's one courtesy of J. Gordon Holt/Stereophile. Be advised it covers the language typically used by reviewers and as such omits many of the technical terms used by speaker builders. But it happens to cover both your examples. This one is a simple list of driver parameter abbreviations such as Fs, Qts, etc. Perhaps someone will have a single large reference to offer, I don't unfortunately. Hope some of these help in the meantime. |
