Hello: I just read a review on the Avalon Musical Masterpiece loudspeaker, anyone has an idea what driver they use, and how to clone them. Thanks.

The drivers are Thiel (no relation to the speaker design company, as a result the drivers are most often sold as Accuton brand in North America) up top and Eton bass units.
A couple links of interest: Info about Avalon clone project http://www.dddac.de/op08.htm http://home.hetnet.nl/~geenius/news.html |
