If it's for an application where quality is important, I'd buy a .15mh air core. Otherwise, yes, you can unwind turns.

It is temporary for an experiment. Can I just unwind about half? should I count the turns and figure the impedence per turn?
I gotta get an inductance meter.
Thanks

If you remove half of the turns you will only get 1/4 of the inductance. Try reming about 30% instead.

I'm with Fuling. The required number of turns remaining will be SQRT(0.1469/0.33) = 0.667 x the original amount of turns.
