Default Any >12" drivers with Qtc > 0.5, power handling more than 500W...

...excursion higher than 20mm p-p, and relatively high sensitivity?

Check out TC sounds, they´ve got some nice units, otherwise RCF and PHL has nice drivers matching Your description except for X-max.
