Nuera gone!

I have it on good authority that Nuera Acoustics has sold out to a Vancouver, B.C. (near Granville Island) based speaker company. Transition takes place this Thursday. It's quite likely prices on Tangband products in North America are about to take a big jump.

PartsExpress has a fairly extensive collection. They don't carry many of the parts that Nuera did/does, but this might be more for competition sake (You want a certain model, you go to a certain company).

I think PartsExpress would also have far more buying power than Nuera anyways.

Some of the TBs at PE are ok, but for example, they carry the W3-879S instead of the 871.

No point in getting too excited until we see what happens. Who knows? This might be a good thing. At any rate, it gave me an excuse to go ahead and buy those W4s I've been thinking about.
