Default speaker Workshop, Time Energy Curves

I was hoping that someone might be willing to discuss advantages and disadvantages of each vs the other.

In addition, I was hoping that someone might be willing to provide me with a step by step method as to how to obtain these using Speaker Workshop.

Thanks in advance,

Jay
