Default design tutorials for software

sorry bout the newbie-ness here, but i was wondering if there are any tutorials for using lspcad or winisd. i have a very basic tutorial for lspcad that i found somewhere online, but it is not helpful for the newest version. i want to be able to run some simulaitons to better understand the designs... this way i can at least try to do some of the design myself before i come begging people to help me crunch numbers!!! let me know if you know of any resources online that i can use to help me run these programs.

thanks
~mike
