Sealed box loading is indicated, though the driver would
work best driven by lowish power and used open baffle.

The driver is not a good subwoofer driver.

Fs is far too high, an octave lower (27Hz) or lower is better.

Qts is also too high, for reflex ~ 0.35 with low Fs is good.

Its a passable bass unit for a big cheap speaker at best.

Low Fs, moderate Q, moderate Vas, reasonable efficiency
and high excursion with low distortion are good.

OK.......
but I wanna know as how to select a best driver i.e. what parametrs i should look for when selecting.

As i have made this driver on my own, I want to know what all affects the change in VAS, Fs, Q etc for a driver.

Cause now i am making an 15" Driver, so i will select cone, coil, frame and magnet which should give a good thiele parameter as needed.

Edit: Ok, sorry, I know that you did all this but it should help others:

http://www.mhsoft.nl/messen_en.asp - measuring T/S parameters on your own.

You can use a computer with a soundcard for an audio generator:

http://www.nch.com.au/tonegen/index.html

Then, to calculate box/tuning/ported or not, download this:
