Default sweet...

I have their older version (System 800 Active) as my reference speakers. They trump passive power amp/passive crossover speaker combination costing twice as much.

Highly recommended.

Did you built the stand yourself? Looks real good.

Thanks,

I did build it. It makes a very significand improvement in sound, (especially when the speakers are coupled to it using blu-tack). It is made out of solid stone (porous marble) epoxied together. the sides are solid walnut for decoration.

I have made a pair for a friend of mine as well but used a purple heart sides.

The only problem... they weigh about 90 lbs each.

I wish I could paint like that. This is relica of Picasso's painting. The piece of furniture you see in the picture, however, is my work.

I do painting but it is quiet different.

The stands... I usually slide them very carefully. Even though they have oak cones, they still leave ugly dents in my hardwood floor.

Beutifull veneer work! As for painting Pablo did his stuff (He was never called an XX either according to Jonathan Richman )and if Your painting is on level with Your woodwork keep doing Your stuff. ( The mini in there, is it a Cooper or Cooper S )
