3-way 10/12" Loudspeaker Enclosure

I've made an amplifier 2x100 W with two TDA7294. Now I want to construct speaker cabinetsenclosures), but I don't know what the size should be.I am asking for help, because I know that the size is important for the sound.I want 3-way speakers for 12" or 10" but 12" is preferable.If you have such Loudspeakers please tell me the size(lenght,width,depth).And if you just know I would be glad if you help me!
