Try a google image search for "tweeter waveguide" and you should see some reasonable substitutes. These would require just a parts swap:

The Monacor looks like a very close match. The others may need minor crossover tweaks.
Note that the waveguide Zaph used was a hack: he cut the throat off a screw-on horn. This one looks exactly like the MCM, and could similarly be hacked.
