I saw these awhile back in their press release. Probably not in production yet. I've had good results with Faital Pro and look forward to trying these. Nice even wide pattern up to the teens.

I have a quad of the 8HX200 and pair of the 6HX160. Very rough initial tests look good, but it will be a while before I get to more detailed measurements.

that is nice - its woofer looks similar in (extended) response to Beyma's 12cx but somehow the high frequencies are much smoother

The data looks good but is heavily smoothed according to the only review I can find online. They basically state that it would perform better with a compression driver that can cross lower so that there wouldn't be a collapse in directivity in the upper mid range.

Fatial quote a crossover frequency of 1.7 KHz with a 12db/octave divider. May be able to go lower with a L-R 24 db/octave active crossover. Coaxials benefit tremendously from bi-amping, anyway.

I was thinking the same thing. Though it might get stressed if used at high power. I got fantastic results with a Ciare coaxial, but it narrows considerably past 8k.

Looks very interesting. Light mms and low inductance. I think for hifi use crossover could be about 1200Hz.

It seems highly unlikely to me that it has flat polar response at 10kHz all the way out to 45 degrees off-axis. I would have serious reservations on this driver until I saw some independent measurements.
