Hi, I'm building Vifa towers (Or I will be if my router ever arrives) and I'm wondering if I should leave a way to get the back off should I ever decide to change or have to fix the crossovers. Pulling the woofer out leaves a long reach down with two braces in the way. What do you guys do?

A question that plagues my mind too, but I go for the complete seal to get the max out of bracing. I can't see it being much good just pushed against a removable panel.
Personally I would keep the crossovers outside the tower if you feel you need access to it, or make a seperate removable crossover enclosure within the main sealed enclosure.

You can attach the whole crossover module right behind the woofers with one screw through the middle of the board..so this way you can reach it.....or if you use on of those 3 inch speaker wire connections with the gold binding posts at the bottom of the tower you can always put it right behind there...

Good idea on the terminal panel. I guess I'll make seperate crossover boards for the drivers, that way thy will fit out the hole if needed.
