You might be in the wrong forum here. This is PA stuff. I honestly don't know quite what we are looking at here. It might be a lamp or it might be a fuse on the horn tweeter.
If you look up "eminence crossover" it's usually a fuse.
Of course, unless you run it into distortion or overload, it won't matter. Hope that helps a bit.
