Difficult to say without knowing the specs. From pictures it appears to be a polycone woofer. What are the impedance and diameter? A generic woofer marketed as 'replacement woofer' or 'classic woofer' probably is your best shot. Pick one with the same impedance and size. Examples are Visaton W170, Visaton WS17E and Dayton DC160.
