Hi guys,
I am seeking recommendations for a pair of front speakers for Home theater system. My criteria would be the following. 1) Sound good on all movies DVD and be forgiving on bad recordings. 2) Must be able to reproduce decent mid bass. Down to about 40 hz would be nice. 3) High efficiency and kind impedence curve. they will be powered by Harman Kardon AVR 525 receiver. 4) Drivers and crossover parts cost less than $450. I would spend more if I need to. I have short listed 3 speakers. Please comment on them. Let me know if they can meet my needs. 1)http://home.hetnet.nl/~geenius/Proteus.html 2)Usher 2 way (designed by Dennis Murphy) 3)http://www.kaiaudio.com/.../diy2001/vladopen1.html Thanks |

But I don't think my receiver can handle the low impedence.
