new audiophile needs a few tips on building a box

Hey - I'm in the process of building a system which will support a set of Infinity Perfect 6.1 component speakers. I've got the amplification all planned out, but am still unsure of what design I should use for speaker boxes. I could not find the driver I'm using on WinIsd, so it seems I'll just be going on suggestions and research. At the moment I am planning to make a sealed box for each midrange that measures 8x10x10. I think this will be a good design for accurate response, but I have a feeling this design might compromise spl and narrow the frequency response. I'm aiming for a design that lets the speakers play loudly without distortion, while sounding spacious with flat response. From what I've read, a ported box will reduce power handling and accuracy, while having louder spl and more spacious sound. It seems a sealed box will have greater accuracy and power handling, but lower spl and more directional sound. I'd greatly appreciate any tips on what compromise to make or what dimensions the box should be.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for box design and dimensions for my set up. Thanks

Sealed is good for use with a subwoofer.

Reflex is needed for full range, classic or overdamped as shown.

You'll also need something like this for BSC :

yeah if I didnt already have them I'd never do this project. They originally sold for well over $400 and i got them for $80. I initially hooked them up just laying on a desk out of the box to a 200w yamaha amp and was suprised how good they sounded, so I decided to see if they could be decent speakers for my room. My favorite home speaker that i've gotten to hear a lot is the sonus faber concertino. I'd like to see how the infinity's measure up as another pair of 6.5's with a good box and a lot of tuning.
