http://www.hcmaudio.com/comp.asp?compID=662

and thats not even the really expensive stuff. this cable is over $10k for an 8ft pair.

its pretty darn absurd, but they sure do sound good and look great.

I am not seller of cables, what you have told respect the cables Analysis you have not told me, your judgments they don't concern me.
I said that.. before talking to blunder.. and if you want to reason seriously of matters techniques, are better that your criticisms you directly address her to the owner of the site Analysis, even you report then there what they answer you.
I know that Analysis has very important clients, they is not a firm that only produces cables, they is qualified engineers, they has a reputation to defend,
me not son engineer and I don't allow me to judge.
If you voui to have an explanation is better that you directly ask to Analysis, you are perhaps doing yourself a wrong idea of as the cables they work.

Yes Jan,

I asked if she was free to come and help pull my wire.

Actually she sent me a price list at her cost. Funny thing is, it's sold by the kilometer. Imagine my surprise when she said it was $1615 Cdn./km

So I asked if she was any good at stripping.

She said she was kind of shielded from that.

I asked of there was any electricity between us.

She said there was some sort of short cicuit.

I asked if we were going to see each other again

She said "show me the money"

It's a tough world out there.

Cal

10A extension cord ;-)

as a student with 30,000$ debt i fail to see the sense in 30,000$ cables when infact 1$ ones work equally as good(abx test it if u care and report back)

Well, sorry, when I pointed how where they talk about EMI in reference to OPTICAL digital cables, I thought it was blatantly obviously foolish. I thought the information would be amusing to anyone who read it.

I never implied, or even meant to imply, that the cables they make are not good quality. They very well may be excellent cables. Their engineers may be quite good. But, their marketing is absurd for some of their product.

Of course that's generally true, but, what's also true is that cable nuts dislike blind AB.... testing, as if they are afraid of it. They want to "know what's going on" when they listen, otherwise they get nervous.
