Straight from their respective PDF spec sheets; I will have another look.
Edit, yes, 70-20XR 0.012mm. GRT145 0.009mm

Ok I found the 70-20 pdf

Looks like in an effort to get a low crossover point in a ribbon with 1/2 the vertical dimension of the 140-15 they made a version with thicker foil and a wider diaphragm. Im sure its a good ribbon but it will likley have a different sound than their other versions that use .004 foil.
