Help! I've fried my Philips ribbons!

Anyone out there know of a source for the Phillips ribbon tweeters?

I understand Philips handed distribution (and even possibly design and development of these excellent units) over to an Italian company, ATD. I can't seen to get a hold of them anywhere.

Anyone got an adress for these guys? Or (please, please...) a UK distributor?

Do you mean the <a href="http://www.e-speakers.com/Products/philips-tweeter.html">Philips RT8P Isodynamic tweeter</a>?

E-Speakers also have the <a href="http://www.e-speakers.com/Products/atd-tweeters.html">ATD LeRibbon</a>.

No Idea of a UK Distributor, Sorry

I don't know how they are made, but could probably be repaired. Just yesterday I fixed my Raven ribbon tweeter. All I had to do was to replace aluminium foil I got from Orca, the distributor for Ravens.
