Default upgrade to klipsch promedias?

Hey, I was wondering what would be a good upgrade from Klipsch Promedias? That is, I have Klipsch promedias and want to upgrade.

Default hmmm

I've always heard that the promedias are better than the creative. Why do you think differently? Also, I had in mind DIY speakers or more expensive (not significantly mind you) commercial speakers for my PC with non-plastic enclosures and such.

Thanks in advance...

Out of curiousity, have you tried the Monster Cable "upgrade" that Klipsch offers? I'm wondering if its worth it.

Even if the sound quality is worse, you can still consider 5.1 to 7.1 an "upgrade".

I dont know much about the S750 though, I have had the Klipsch but they didnt really impress me (for the cost)..

The Klipsch wires are a little thin but that is not a problem. The only thing I would try is shortening the length of the wire, they are really long.. and around a computer this is a bad thing. Lots of interference.

Default monster wire

Yes, I have the monster cable upgrades. They do indeed sound better than the original cables (although I can't remember exactly how big the difference). Any suggestions for a DIY upgrade?
