It's all going well, IMO.
Getting the cabinets right is half the battle. The SEAS Njord was a decent design.
TBH, all that old first order filter stuff is just nonsense.
I really don't know much about your SEAS woofer choice here, but this won't sound bad.

I am keeping costs down to around 200 mark ... its a seas classic woofer 8inch and seas aluminium dome tweeter I got them cheaper on ebay ... the cross overs have cost me about 20 quid each in parts ... the box cost me 20 for MDF they should sound ok I am looking for sound quality over sound quantity if you know what I mean ...
