Default PE saves the day, happy customer

Well, finally picked up my package for my Tang Band project, and as soon as I see it, I can already tell this is gonna be bad.

It looked like it had been dropped at least one good time, and one of the sides was completely ripped off and packing tape was used as a new faux wall . Well it tuned out all the big stuff, like speakers was in there and they were fine. However about 10 assorted small items were missing, so I called PartsExpress and withing 10 minutes I had a new order on its way.

Anyways they were ultra helpfull, and they could have easily done alot less for me. They even arranged to have UPS pick up the package and will do all the claim stuff, which saves me alot of time and hassle.

<- Still a satisfied customer

i hear so many horror stories about UPS, but i have yet to have fedex deliver a package to my house without a screw up. they have always been a nightmare for me. they have lost, damaged, delayed, etc... everything i have gotten from them in the past 2 years.

however, UPS has always been ultra-reliable and gone above and beyond... kinda odd.

I'ev used em all and this is the first time I have ever had a package that beat up. The usual scrapes don't bother me, but why in the hell did they even bother shipping this to me, I mean I think it's obvious they wouldn't have accepted a package like that from PartsExpress, so it had to be their fault

my worst was of course fedex, i had a chassis shipped to me, it was just cut metal plates... after a week, i called and they said it was "damaged beyond repair". i explained to them how that really couldnt be possible, and after about a week and 15 phone calls, it turned out it was lost, but in utah... thats where lost packages go i guess. they finally found it and sent it to me. it took almost a month from when it was supposed to be delivered.

UPS has always been great, whether I was shipping the huge box of stuff (I ordered a pair of Precision Ports and a roll of acoustic foam) for my Project MTM speakers or the massive Stryke AV12 driver. Never a problem.

Every company has that one person that exercises poor judgment. The real test is what they do when they're informed there's a problem.

It is said that Sampson slew a thousand men with the jawbone of an ***.

Everyday, millions of sales are killed with the same instrument.
