I have a friend that works in a school here in Romania and would like to buy a pair of loudspeakers for the shows in his school...He found one brand called Berlinger. It is supposed to be a german new brand. The offer is for some P.A. active speakers of 300watts about 500 euros...We wonder if it is worth the payment...

Could that be Behringer, perhaps?
Behringer make a lot of gear, but it is built to a price (and usually darn low at that!). While most of it does seem to have good performance, it won't take too much abuse. Treat it gently and it should be fine. Cheers |
