Default e-lyt in LP filter

Is it possible to use a ordinary e-lyt in a 12db LP filter,it is not any high end speakers just a speaker for ex.walkman or computer.

Yes, look for a bipolar electrolyt or connect two in series with opposite polarity. This would not be high-end, but still pass most ears.
