Mike, i got another guy who built DIY speakers with either an Eton 8 or 10 inch woofer, Accuton mid and Accuton tweeter.
You got to see the speaker cabinets this guy built. Its looks amazing. These are the best speaker cabinets i'v seen for DIY speakers.
The guy who built the speakers is a professional cabinet maker.
Here's a link to the speakers. I just posted it on Audioasylum.

Nice.
I have a "thing" for the Eton drivers. Ever since I heard Adams Monitors back in '08. When I built my cabinets I built them for 2 11 inch woofers. The boxes are huge. But, I didn't need the 2nd driver and didn't put it in. I've been thinking about rebuilding with smaller boxes with something like you have or the Duetta.
My ex is from Germany and I used to get there. I wish I could have spent time with some of the DIY guys in Frankfurt.
I used to get to Taiwan and Manila too. It's fun to see the differences in design and end goal. Each location has it's own thoughts on all of it.

Check out these DIY Eton speakers.
What a cabinet!
It's a shame the Eton are merely mediocre. All that effort in the cabinet also.
