Default Yamaha S250X Buzzing?

A mate asked me to have a look at his speaker because it was emitting a high pitched buzzing noise. I took it apart and the speakers all measured OK as did the capacitors in the crossover. The only things I found wrong was a blown bulb in one of two double bulbs in parallel and one of the 15 watt resistors was 6.8 ohms instead of 4.3 ohms? But the soldering on the resistor looked like it had never been touched from new,so maybe its before or after an upgrade? I found a screw was loose in the horn tweeter surround! Would that vibrate enough to cause the problem? He told me he was driving the speakers flat out at a concert somewhere when he noticed the sound. The bodgie resistor is the top one in the photo and the blown bulb is bottom right in the left hand photo.Oh I nearly forgot. The connectors to the horn tweeter were loose as well? What size bulb would I use to replace the blown one or could I use a resistor?
