I was wondering if it was possible to make it so that my rockford fosgate he 12's would work in my house and how could i power them? I have a car amp but i'm not sure if i can make it work inside the house. If i cant do you know where i can get a cheap amp to power them? thanks alot for the help

You could try modeling them in a program like WinISD. Car woofs rely heavily on cabin gain. The result is when you put them in a larger area (room) they sound pretty weak. If you're going to listen in close proximity, like a computer sub, it would probably be ok. Inexpensive amps are available from various sources. You could check ApexJr, MCM Electronics or Parts Express.
