I ordered a pair of Iwata 600's through Erich H's last group buy. I can't say I have them completely optimized, but so far they measure and sound at least decent. I'm running DE250's on the Iwatas, Faital Pro 12PR300 woofers in (ugly, temporary) sealed boxes, a pair of subs and a MiniDSP 4 x 10 HD for crossover and eq. The 12's are a good polar match crossed in the 1000 - 1200 region. I suspect a 15 would want to cross a little too low.

There are lots of other woofers out there that would be interesting to try, I can't help you with any of those not having tried any myself.

Well my idea is to plan efficient speakers have a 15" or a 12" fs id like to see is around the 32-35hz ported. Lots of drivers on the market that fit my needs just matching one to my wave guid. THE oiwata-600s go down to around the 800 mark just where i was thinking about crossing over with the woofer...

Do you have any photos of your setup ?

I have played around with the AutoTech IWATA 600. They sound very nice, I'm still using my Quadradic throat Peavey horns because I sit near field and you need your head in a vice to keep the highs with the Iwata and the OSWG is better for my environment.

thats one of the things i was worried about with the IWATA... you move your head an inch and you loose sound / frequencies..
